It all starts with an initial meeting at our office located on the Historic Parker County Courthouse Square. We sit down with you to indentify the goals you have for your home. We want to know all the things that are important to you. You also can enjoy reviewing our more than 3,500 home plans we have on file if you don't already have a floorplan picked out. By no means are these plans all we build, but they give you an enormous array of options and ideas to review. Also, we have relationships with area developers and can many times assist you in locating a beautiful piece of property in the area if you are unsure of where to look. We'll meet with you on your property to discuss the location and opportunities your unique piece of property will offer you. Again, we will be there for professional advice and to work with you in determining your placement and site preparation options. We'll guide you through the process, step by step, eventually reaching the day you are ready to sign an agreement for us to begin building your dream home! With your plan solidified and your property squared away, we will work with you to make all of your finish out selections as early as possible in the process. Invariably you will make chanages along the way as your home takes shape. This is OK and we will be there for you then as well. Our role will be that of general contractor, but we also will serve as your professional consulatant in all of the decisions you are faced with. We will always stand ready to meet with you or talk with you on the phone. You will never feel unable to communicate with us at anytime during the process. We hope that when the home building process is over we'll have a lasting relationship beyond that of builder and client. We treat you like friends because we intend to keep you as friends long after your home if complete!
